To-Do Task w/History
The To-Do Task tool has all the functions and features of Outlook, Lotus Organizer and other Win32 applications, plus unique features such as the ability to link with projects, complete history tracking, individual task item sharing, and manager reporting.

Calendar Event w/History
The Calendar Event tool has four views: Day, Week, Month, and Year. Features include complete history tracking, project event linking, individual event sharing, management reporting, graphic event displays, and event summaries.

Contact Address Book w/Contact Log
In this full-featured contact address book, each contact can have unlimited phone numbers, faxes, emails, and addresses. Unique features include contact log, mail message log, and share list.

This expense reporting tool allows an unlimited number of item types and currencies for maximum flexibility. Automated features include: real-time display of approval status, real-time currency conversion, automatic signature, manager alerts, and easy approval process.

Status Reports
The Status Report tool is a critical component of the flowtix Employee Performance Management system. It's automatic content generation wizard extracts reporting information from To-Do items, Calendar Events, and Project Tasks. Users can then draft, preview, print, and submit the status report for approval via its built-in WYSIWYG editor. The weekly Time & Billing tool allows an unlimited number of time card items. News & Announcements
Multi-level news and announcement broadcasts provide employees with a centralized place for receiving corporate and organizational information. Unique features include full WYSIWYG online editor, multi-level broadcast capability, multiple categories, print, and "send-to-a-friend" relay.

Company Directory w/Skill Search
This tool provides a complete hierarchical display of the company directory. Users may search for contact information, as well as skills and talents that are published by employees. The unique interaction log feature enables users to log the interaction with the employees that are on the directory list, so users can have a permanent reference of the interaction.

Organization Chart
This chart is much like the company directory, however, the Organization Chart displays the employee reporting structure.

Web-enable External Email
This full-featured email system can web-enable any standard IMAP4 email server. POP3 servers can also be enabled, but require additional customization and configuration.

Web-Based File Storage & Management
A subset of flowtix' Document Management System (DMS), the web-based file storage tool allows users to store files online for easy access. File description and search keywords are stored in the database as pure textual data for lighting fast file search. Actual files are stored in the regular file system for easy management and retrieval. Features include file indexing, full text search, version control, file sharing, and multi-level security settings.

Notes/Journals
The Notes/Journal tool allows users to capture important ideas and information via its built-in WYSIWYG editor.

Internet Link Management
Allows users to keep track of their favorite Internet links.

Resource Reservation
This complete Resource Reservation system allows users to reserve company resources such as conference rooms, rental cars, housing, and computer equipment. Reservations can be set for automatic or manual approval. Each resource can also be assigned to a manager for effective administration.

Public Discussion (Forum)

Similar to public forum, but only invited members can post discussion threads.

This feature allows employees to register their skills and talents. Once registered, other employees, project managers, and superiors can search for the people with the right skill sets to perform the job.

Group Sharing
The Group Sharing feature enables teams to share information about contacts, schedules, leads, opportunities, and accounts in an effort to provide customers with the best service possible.

This online field support tool allows field personnel to register the work they've done and print work orders for customer signature without the need to travel back to the office.

Customer Support Case
Multi-queuing, multi-level, and multilingual customer support case management enables the best customer service possible. Unique features include time stamped response, customer notification, support personnel alert, queue management, distribution method management, multiple reporting options, and the ability to allow customers to view support progress straight from the web.

Language Tool
System interface languages can be switched in real-time without requiring users to log in and out. The flowtix platform is Unicode-based.
