The Office Automation
System (OAS) provides several important components to help facilitate
the office workflow. Its' web-based time, expense and status reporting
tools are designed to streamline the highly necessary, but administrative
tasks that their names imply.
Because the flowtix OAS can be accessed anywhere at anytime,
employees can track their expenses right in the system. There is
no need for employees to back track expenses, fill out separate
spreadsheets, etc. Once submitted, the manager receives instant
notification, further reducing the time it takes to create and approve
expense reports.
With the time tracking feature, employees and managers will be able
to track and record the time spent on different tasks and on different
days. This tool also allows the ability to link time with project
tasks, so that employees can identify whether or not their time
is billable.
Status reports are generated via a content generation wizard. Items
are included based on actual tasks completed within the report timeframe,
so employees can spend time completing tasks instead of accounting
for them.
