CEM Component is designed to improve corporate efficiency by removing
the bottlenecks caused by deficient communication. CEM is comprised
of a robust toolset that provides employees with access to the information
they need, when they need it. Because of flowtix' web-based architecture,
employees from around the globe can access information in knowledge
repositories, resource reservation systems, from headquarters, or
corporate directories, regardless of time or location. They can
also contribute to surveys and polls, discussion boards where their
voices can be heard.
Since
all information in the CEM system is accessible through a corporate
portal, employees are able to help themselves to as much information
as they need from sources such as news, announcements, centralized
corporate calendars, organizational charts and document sharing
systems. In the event the information they seek is not readily visible
to them, help is as close as the corporate skills directory where
they can find subject matter experts by their listed skills and
talents. Most importantly, since the information is set up for ease
of search, precious time isn't wasted constantly recreating information
that already exists.
